Welcome to Piece of Paradise formally known as Ocean View at Grande Bay Resort – the only suite with one bedroom/1.5 bathroom & a wrap-around balcony! Located on beautiful St. John in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Sleeps 4.
We offer a large master bedroom, kitchen, dining area, living room, 1.5 baths & a fantastic balcony – Plus a shared pool, hot tub & exercise room.
It is located in Cruz Bay with a reserved parking space.
Convenient enough to walk to shops, restaurants, bars & even some beaches at your leisure.
Our vacation property includes a reserved parking space, washer, and dryer, linens, beach towels, beach chairs, and coolers.
We have on-island management to assist with your stay. We do require a signed rental contract from all our guests upon booking.
Right across a small road from Cruz Bay Harbor, we offer amazing views from our wrap-around balcony.
While we offer a reserved parking space for your rental vehicle, taxi service to several North Shore beaches is readily available.

- Winter Season ( Jan 6 – Apr 30 ) – $450 nightly, plus USVI hotel tax
- Spring/Summer ( May 1 – Jul 31 ) – $425 nightly, plus USVI hotel tax
- Early Fall ( Aug 1 – Oct 15 ) – $375 nightly, plus USVI hotel tax
- Fall Season ( Oct16 – Dec16 ) – $400 nightly, plus USVI hotel tax
- Holiday Season ( Dec 17 – Jan5 ) – $500 nightly, plus USVI hotel tax
- Rates during holidays are subject to change.
USVI Taxes = 12.5%
Resort fee = $50.00 per reservation
Cleaning fee = $150 stay
